How Venikom ERP handles personal data on the marketing site.

What we collect
This site collects the information you provide directly through the contact form — your name, company, email, optional phone number, and the message you send us. We also keep anonymised traffic data via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
Why we collect it
Contact form submissions are used to reply to your request and follow up on a demo or proposal. Traffic data is used to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as the relationship is active, and for a reasonable period after — typically no more than 24 months — before they are archived or deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. Contact submissions are processed through our email provider (Mailgun) for delivery, and stored in our internal systems. Third-party processors are limited to those strictly required to run the service.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to hello@venikom.com with your request.
Cookies
This site does not set non-essential cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile (used to protect the contact form from abuse) may set a strictly necessary cookie; that one is exempt from consent requirements under GDPR.
