Use of the site
This site describes the Venikom ERP product. You may read it, share it, and cite it. You may not scrape it for content to republish as your own, and you may not attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent its operation.
Intellectual property
All text, visual design, code, and brand elements on this site belong to Venikom DOOEL. The design language ('Precision Ledger'), the wordmark, and the cinnabar accent are part of our identity and are not licensed for reuse.
Contact form
The contact form is for genuine inquiries about Venikom ERP. Submissions are routed to the sales and delivery team. Abuse of the form — automated submissions, spam, or impersonation — may result in blocking.
No warranty for the marketing site
This site is provided as-is for informational purposes. The actual Venikom ERP platform comes with a separate service agreement that governs warranties, SLAs, and support — signed with each customer at onboarding.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Disputes, if any, will be resolved in the courts of Skopje.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
